This site was born out of a need for practical information for women under forty-five dealing with heart surgery, but has quickly mushroomed into a resource for women in all stages and walks of life. The name “Over The Influence” speaks to how this is not another “influencer” site. We don’t want to be under the influence of substances, people, or things. We promise you transparency and genuine information.
Our community seeks to educate, motive and challenge women so they can live life to the fullest. We want to be a holistic resource for women. All content is created based on real life experience and personal research. We call ourselves a community because not only do we want on empower women through credible information, but also to motivate our members to create safe spaces in their lives for interaction with other women, both online and in real life.
