Just a quick video on FODMAPS. People have asked me about them and even though I’ve read a few articles, I keep forgetting the actual science. I reckon a short video is more palatable than me copy and pasting info off Wikipedia. (and Dr Dan is kinda cute)
Personally I’ve found it more valuable to be aware of FODMAPS and trigger foods than to completely eliminating them from your diet. The hangover, for lack of a better term, is insane if you completely abstain, but then go “off map”.
